FindMyReviews ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information when you use findmyreviews.com.
Information you provide directly: Name, email address, phone number, password, UPI ID (for seller payouts), profile photo, business name, review profile URLs, messages through WorkStream chat, and screenshot proofs uploaded as review proof.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent on the Platform, referral source, and session data via secure cookies.
Information from third parties: Google OAuth (name, email, profile picture), Razorpay (payment status and transaction references — we do not store card details), and Cloudinary (URLs of uploaded images).
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with: Razorpay (payment processing), Cloudinary (image hosting), Anthropic Claude AI (only business name and platform details for review suggestions — no personal user data), and between Buyers and Sellers (display name only — never email, phone, or UPI details). We may disclose information to law enforcement when required by law.
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in India. We implement encrypted passwords (bcrypt), HTTPS/SSL for all traffic, secure session management, and Razorpay PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure.
We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for 7 years for financial compliance. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

FindMyReviews is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will immediately delete their account.
If you access FindMyReviews from outside India, your data may be transferred to and processed in India. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer.
